The BBG Secretary (Anita) will be available from the BBG Office on the following days and times.

Sundays - 4:00pm to 6:30pm
Tuesdays - 4:30pm to 6:30pm

Anita would like to emphasize to anybody wishing to meet with her regarding BBG issues that she is always happy to see people at a time that is convenient to them rather than them havingto try and get to the office when it is open. Or they can put anything they have for her in an envelope marked for her attention and leave it with either Sierra main security or Sierra reception.

Also if they find themselves on Sierra and would like to speak to her or see her they can call on 0541386108 or ask Sierra reception to call her at home or get the home extension number from them and call from the phone in reception.

Non Arabian Homes residents are encouraged to call ahead so we can arrange with security to clear you onto Sierra Village.
