From 5 December 2009, the BBG office is normally open Sundays and Tuesdays from 1300 to 1800.

If a anyone would like to visit the BBG office outside of these times this can usually be arranged by calling the secretary on (054) 138-6108 and arranging a mutually convenient time.

Non Arabian Homes residents are encouraged to call ahead so security clearance can be arranged.
